This is listed this such that you nominate your own length. This listing is for just 1m (one metre) at the metre by metre rate. When you "buy now" here and "check out" you get to "choose a quantity" and that's where you tell us if you want 30m or 55m or whatever. Just key in the length and the ebay system will work out your total cost.
This is used by the Australian Army, mining companies, forestry, emergency services, government departments, US Navy, etc etc. The integrity of this rope is unquestionable and used on many off road competition rigs worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Even Hobzee uses it on his comp rig and he won't settle for a bad score because of product failure when he has THE choice of ropes.
Check out the huge breaking strains in the list above ... the 8mm rope alone can lift over 2 landcruisers vertically.
Your rope will come standard with a spliced loose eye in one end. You can readilly attach a hook even with a closed eye simply by passing the entire rope through itself, lasoo or choker style. It also comes with a special drum end that enables you to pass the bolt on the drum through the rope so that it can have strain and winch tension even on the first single wrap.... something even the competion guys haven't yet mastered. But then it takes money (by buying this rope) to get Hobzee to spill a competetive edge... Dyneema is the toughest and most robust rope on the market against abrasion with rocks, etc. We have been looking at sourcing covers for the "wealthy" customers but as it happens the Dyneema itself is 4 times tougher than the covers themselves. Maybe we will cover Dyneema with more Dyneema. Where do you stop!!!
SK75 Dyneema well and truly exceeds the strength of steel rope, yet it's light enough to float on water. It is very flexible and easy to handle.
SK75 Dyneema synthetic rope is ideal for competition, recreational or commercial 4wd and recovery activities.
SK75 Dyneema does not whip back and cut people in half when it breaks so it is far safer than wire rope.
SK75 Dyneema is considerably lighter and easier to use than wire rope. The weight factor means better vehicle handling - it's noticeable.
SK75 Dyneema does not kink or twist and form weak spots or loose strands for cutting your hands like wire rope.
SK75 Dyneema floats on water so you can see where it is unlike wire rope, which sinks and you cant find it under water.
SK75 Dyneema can be joined by a knot on the side of the hill and still get you up - wire rope can not.
SK75 Dyneema can be re-spliced (joined properly) if it were to break and is as good as new again - wire rope can not. Every length of SK75 Dyneema we sell comes with a cheat sheet on how to splice synthetic rope.
SK75 Dyneema does not stretch.
SK75 Dyneema can be fed through a snatch block (pulley) unlike an extension strap.
SK75 Dyneema makes a great winch extension rope. Maybe after years of service as a winch rope you can turn into spare extension ropes.
SK75 Dyneema can be turned around on the drum after a while and the relatively unused section can now be used.
SK75 Dyneema is not effected by heat generated by the winch.
