Check Valve
To fit in the air line between a compressor and the tank. It's job is to prevent back flow of air from the tank back through the compressor when the compressor is turned off.
Ideal for 4WD vehicles as well as workshops.
The thread is 3/8" NPT. (Female on the compressor side and male on the tank side)
Note there is a rubber O ring inside. It is best that this does not get too hot and therefore I suggest it is positioned as far away from the compressor as possible (suggest at the tank end of the air line)We also sell high capacity pressure switches as follows (but not suited to air lockers unless regulated down). Higher pressure means faster pumping of tyres and more impressive air tool operation.
